  Without ever planning to attend, the opportunity to race the World U23 Title was one that could not be passed up. The youth movement within the Cheats had given rise to 7 eligible riders, giving the team a luxury of picking a full 6 rider team.
  
  Whilst perhaps not having one of the outright favourites, the Cheats hope to factor in the final reckoning on overall squad strength. Noting a number of teams are not fielding a full lead out, Cheats management hope the stars are aligning for a result that could prove a highlight in team history.
